A well priced, well located popular hotel close by Kep's main beach. Great views.

Location

Right by the main beach and a walk to the small shopping and restaurant complex in the middle of town. A pleasant 30 minute shaded shoreline stroll to the Crab Market.

Review

The Beach House's 16 rooms are compact and minimalist, with ensuite, air-conditioning and small TV. All rooms provide an ocean view, with a communal balcony running the length of the building. The elevated positioning amidst trees and gardens is especially appealing. It's very well priced given its quality and location. The swimming pool is small but adequate.

Staff are mostly friendly but service isn't sharp and proficiency in English is not as strong as other accommodation in Kep. If views, value and access to the beach are your main priorities for staying in Kep, these things shouldn't deter.

Facilities brief
Pool, cable TV (small TVs), air con, restaurant. Cash only.
