No tourist town is complete without a swag of token Italian restaurants. The trick is to find the one or two that actually take what they do seriously. In Siem Reap, Il Forno looks to be such a place.
Italian owned and run, Il Forno's pizzas come from a big wood fired oven. And there are pastas, salads and a regularly updated specials list.
Most menu items are under $10. A handful are around $15. The Italian wine list is well priced too.
Il Forno's only a stone's throw from the noise of Pub St but it has a warm and cosy vibe.
