A favourite in the tourist enclave, Lanterns serves very good Vietnamese dishes in a nicely decorated space. It's surprisingly good given its location in the tourist camp where stripped back Vietnamese cuisine tends to rule. Staff are bright, friendly and helpful too. There are cooking classes. The owners support programmes to help Nha Trang's disadvantaged. Recommended.
