Each time Vietnam's national football team scores a major victory, hundreds of thousands of people take to the streets of the nation's cities in an outpouring of national pride. If it wasn't so friendly and welcoming, it'd be scary.

On Monday 14 December, Vietnam defeated Singapore in a South East Asian Games semi final. This is from Ho Chi Minh City's (Saigon) streets on that night.
