Review

Kep's finest design property is a collection of three restored 1970s villas featuring a total of 11 distinct rooms. Knai Bang Chatt is an intimate, stripped back, luxury property for those wanting to recapture a sense of how Kep may have felt in its stylish heyday.

Room decor is impeccably simple. There are no phones, TVs or fridges. The grounds are carefully manicured with an enticing salt water infinity pool. It's definitely a better swimming option than the beach. While Knai Bang Chatt is right on the water, the  beach here is not for swimming.

In addition to the resort restaurant the Sailing Club next door offers great dining, cocktails as well as water sports.

Facilities brief
Pool, spa, no room TV or fridge, breakfast, exercise room
