These eternal words of Ho Chi Minh, perhaps the most well-known uttered by the man who led Vietnam's long and bloody unification struggle, are affixed to buildings and monuments across the country. You'll see them everywhere as you travel. Here they sit over the entrance to a modernist Saigon building that i understand was the pre-1975 Canadian mission. In recent decades it has been an Immigration Department office. Closed at present, I'm not sure what lies ahead.
