Thanh Oanh Quan grabbed my attention as I walked past because of the friendly welcome of the owner. It became a favourite of the “bo ke” beach strip seafood BBQs during my stay. The owner's attitude seems to have rubbed off on the staff too. I had grilled fish with salt and chilli - plus grilled squid and veggies and came back too. Consistently delicious.
