Location
Cham Villas is well situated on the main beach with easy walking access to the numerous bars and restaurants on the strip.
Review
Lush tropical gardens and well spaced villas are things that strike you on arrival at Cham Villas.
Cham Villas is another of the older properties on the main strip in Mui Ne - and like others, this means spacious, shaded, green grounds and good beach access. Mui Ne's older properties tend to be the nicest.
Cham Villas is owned by a German expatriate and his Vietnamese wife.
Design, ambience and people
Lush gardens, low-rise villas with thatched roofs and a serene pool area make for an atmosphere of peace and tranquility at Cham Villas.
Villas are spacious (from 55sqm), private and have nice balconies. The interiors are looking a tad tired - but that’s more than compensated by the grounds, balconies and beach.
Price variations are based on views and proximity to the beach rather than villa differences.
Beach front villas have great views of the ocean through a line of palm trees.
There's a large pool in a beautiful green setting.
There’s also a restaurant offering Vietnamese and Western dishes.
Facilities brief:
Pool, spa, cable TV, mini bar, restaurants, free wifi and more
