Nightlife won't be a major feature of your travels in Ha Giang province. You might struggle to resist the constant overtures to knock back a glass of rice wine or two each night. But that will likely be the end of it. Oh, and the Pho Co cafe in Dong Van (near the market) is a great old space - even if the staff seem a little unaccustomed to receiving customers.
